For nearly a decade, I’ve had the honor of guiding busy professionals and entrepreneurs around the world to a superior state of wellbeing, cognitive performance, and inner bliss. My approach seamlessly blends science-based practices with self-care rituals to improve the function of every aspect of the body, as well as that uplift the mind and spirit. The results? The whole self—the whole you—operating at a heightened level of wellbeing every day, equipped with the tools to maintain it for life.
Upgrading the way your life appears on the outside requires an upgrade on the inside. It’s what I like to think of as a total, whole person elevation—body, mind, and spirit. I combine nutrition, coaching psychology, laboratory testing and a blend of eastern, western, and ancient wisdom into my coaching programs. Work with me focuses on:

I’ve been described as the “chaos coordinator,” the”sound of reason,” a “food-freedom coach” and “the body whisperer”…and also unbelievably direct and loving in my approach.
Helping women who are trapped in a cycle of busy-ness, chaos, and overwhelm, yet want to lose weight and feel alive again is my passion.
I used to live a stressful life of constantly going & doing, yet never adding myself to my daily to-do list, so I know first-hand the effects that has on the mind and body. I was constantly sick, not feeding myself (or overfeeding myself), medicating with Chardonnay, and I lacked the energy to exercise, self-care, and dare I say, even laugh. It took me several years to heal my own body and soul, and then I made it my mission in life to help other women experiencing that existence.
If you are a woman who yo-yo diets but can’t find and maintain a healthy weight, who lives in a perpetual state of being on-the-go, if you’re looking at your diet as the solution (but know deep down it’s actually life that’s the culprit), I am your guide.

I’m also the Director of The SHED (Simple. Healthy. Effective. Detox.), a detox and weight loss program that systematically walks you through cleansing toxins from your body, identifying foods that cause inflammation, and understanding your current relationship with food. Following the 30-day, medical-grade cleanse, SHED participants move into a 90-day maintenance program to firmly ground into the SHED as a way of life. I teach you how to design a lifestyle that is unique to you and gets you results that carry you through life.

If this sounds all too familiar, I want to work with you. I help women figure out the root cause of their dis-ease and guide them through a health protocol to restore their physical and emotional power.
My passion for holistic nutrition began after I experienced my own health challenges. In 2005 I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
My family and I were blessed with a tremendous amount of support during my journey with cancer. Helping others who are currently battling cancer is a priority for me. I share my story with groups in an effort to raise awareness and encourage both life-saving stem cell and blood product donations. I also enjoy volunteering with both Love, Hope, Strength, a non-profit dedicated to expanding and diversifying the bone marrow register, and the Dear Jack Foundation which supports the physical and emotional needs of adolescent and young adult cancer patients and survivors.
After completing both conventional treatment and a stem cell transplant, nutrition played a significant role in my journey back to health. My firsthand knowledge of nutrition enables me to facilitate healing and overall wellness.
